Can you prepare the specification and also bid on the tender?
No. We act as one or the other, never both: either we prepare the specification as the department’s consultant, or we bid as a supplier against a specification written by others. This keeps the tender fair and protects the department’s procurement.
Can you review a BOQ that has already been prepared?
Yes. We check that quantities match the drawings, that performance targets and test methods are stated, and that the wording is brand-neutral, and we return a marked-up copy.
Do you provide maintenance after handover?
Support terms are set in each contract. Annual maintenance contracts can be quoted on request.
