Punjab Council of the Arts: Music Studios, Lahore

The challenge

PUCAR supports artists across Punjab and needed music studios in Lahore where they could record to a professional standard. A recording room must keep outside noise out, control reflections inside, and house equipment that works reliably as one system. The council wanted a single partner responsible for both the rooms and the equipment.

Our solution

We delivered the studios as one integrated project:

• planning of the studio spaces for recording and production
• studio infrastructure, including acoustic treatment for recording and critical listening
• supply of music production and studio equipment
• installation, integration and commissioning
• handover to the council's team

Procurement followed public-sector requirements.

Why it matters

When one team is responsible for the room and the equipment, the studio works as a system rather than a collection of parts, and the client has one point of contact for support.
