Chief Minister's Office, Punjab: Conference System for the SAQ 90 Office

The challenge

The SAQ 90 Office hosts formal meetings at the highest level of the provincial government. Every contribution, from the chair to each participant, must be heard clearly, and the equipment must never distract from the meeting. Because the room is historic, the installation also had to respect its architecture and finishes, keeping hardware and cabling out of sight.

Our solution

We supplied and installed a Taiden digital conference system, a platform designed for structured meetings with a chair and delegates. The scope covered:

• a review of the room layout and seating to plan microphone positions
• Taiden chairman and delegate units
• discreet installation and cable routing, sympathetic to the historic interior
• configuration and commissioning, including microphone management for the chair
• testing and handover to the office's staff

The work was scheduled to fit the office's working pattern and security procedures.
