We are an independent system integrator based in Lahore. We work with any lighting brand and plan lighting together with the hall’s acoustics, sound and screens, so everything is installed once and works together.

How we plan a lighting system

Survey and brief

We visit the hall, check ceiling height, rigging points, power and existing fixtures, and agree how the hall will be used: speeches, cultural shows, recordings or all three.

Lighting design

We prepare a lighting plot showing every fixture, its position, angle and purpose, along with control layout and power requirements. For halls that will be filmed, we design for camera light levels and colour.

Structure and safety

Truss and rigging are planned for the load they carry, with safe fixing points. We coordinate with the civil and ceiling work so mounting points are built in.

Installation and programming

We install fixtures, cabling, dimmers and control, then programme scenes such as “speech”, “ceremony”, “performance” and “house lights”. Staff can recall each scene with one button.

Training and handover

We train your technical staff, hand over the lighting plot and manuals, and provide after-sales support.

Choosing fixtures and brands

LED fixtures now cover most stage needs, with low heat, low power use and long life. Depending on the venue, we specify brands such as Chauvet Professional, ETC, ARRI, Aputure, Godox and others. As a brand-neutral integrator, we choose what fits the hall, the budget and your procurement rules, and we can quote alternatives if your tender asks for a particular standard.

More and more ceremonies, lectures and events are recorded or streamed. Lighting that looks fine to the eye can look poor on camera. For filmed halls we:

• Light faces from the front at the right angle so speakers and panellists are clear and not shadowed.
• Balance stage and screen brightness so the LED screen does not overpower faces on camera.

Stage light and truss price in Pakistan

Price depends on the number and type of fixtures, truss length and structure, control system and installation height. A seminar hall upgrade can be a few fixtures with a preset panel, while a performance auditorium needs a full rig and console.
