University of Management & Technology (UMT): Turnkey Studios, Lahore

The challenge

A university studio has to do two jobs: teach students the workflows they will use in industry, and produce real content for the university. That needs rooms that are quiet and well lit, a control room that students can learn on, and equipment that will stand up to daily use by many hands. UMT wanted one contractor to take the studios from an empty space to a working facility.

Our solution

We delivered the studios as a single turnkey contract:

• studio infrastructure: room build-out
• major broadcast supplies
• installation, wiring and system integration
• handover ready for use

Why it matters

When the building work, acoustics and equipment come from one team, the studio works on the day it opens. Universities get one point of contact instead of coordinating builders, acousticians and equipment suppliers.
